Degen Hack participants could not get offers after restaring yagna

Context

During the Degen Hack hackathon, a few participants noticed they couldn't get any offers from providers. Once I asked them to show yagna net sessions, it became apparent that the only sessions they had were the ones with the relay:

The local network was crowded with people with yagnas.

What do we need to change?
