Manual Payment Mode

Context: Currently payments are initiated automatically. We should include mode where payments are triggered manually.

Reasoning: ???

Proposed Solution: yagna payment --init --sender --manual

In such moge initiating payments should trigger payments for all not payed invoices/debit notes till that point in time

Acceptance Criteria:

• Yagna have manual payments mode
• Payments in manual mode can be triggered by user
• When triggered all payemnts till that point are done
