Implement regression tests for the whitelist

During the Degen Hack hackathon, we encountered an issue with outbound using the whitelist. DNS resolutions for api.github.com were failing which was unexpected.

Acceptance criteria

  • Bare minimum: yagna repo is running E2E regression tests which will check if the domains from the whitelist are accessible.
