v0.22 is ignoring toggle "I want to act only as a Requester..."

Description of the issue:

v0.22 is ignoring my "I want to act only as a Requester. Don't send tasks to my node" toggle. I'm getting gwasm jobs trickle in, be completed and then seem to be paid for them (transactions in "Awaiting"). I realise I should be happy about this :D but I want to flag the bug. What debug info can I provide?

Toggle is ignored.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Installed v0.22 over v0.21 via the binary on github.
2. Start golem
3. Unlock wallet
4. See that toggle is still set to "I want to act only as a Requester. Don't send tasks to my node."
5. Tasks still arrive at my node, are processed, and I am paid in GNT.

Expected behavior

No tasks should be processed.

Is this a bug that was introduced in v0.22, or perhaps the upgrade process?
