Add documentation on handling vendor deployment use cases

• Not needing to do a full reverse-engineering
• How to manage only a subset of objects
• Or go only w/ migration-based deployments
• Include use case on how to incorporate vendor tables (or a subset of them) for testing of your application code if needed
• Include suggestion to ship ddls via Obevo
