New prank: Add circuit breaker by intercepting external services and 'damage' the response

Why: Sometimes the API we work against (in-house microservice, external providers) are flakky and might not response or response badly. This prank would allow testing how our app will cope with this

How: By HTTP intercepting calls, or some of them, and altering the response. We might use nock for that or other relevant libraries
