Unhelpful message "Error getting package files from api.github.com."

This error message, seen here, is not helpful.

I'd like to see info on what actions should be taken -

• should we wait and try again? If so, 5m? 30m?
• how to restart the doc generation process if it won't be triggered by a page load
• if all else fails, do we create an issue here? Email someone? Or ...?
• more details of the error could also be helpful - is the github api not responding or slow?

Aside from improving the error message, I'd also like to be able to view docs for the particular package in question (https://godoc.org/github.com/MyPureCloud/platform-client-sdk-go/platformclientv2) - thanks!
