gosrc: mercurial support

While the gosrc/vcs.go references mercurial and bazaar in the gosrc.service.pattern it looks like both are missing from gosrc.vcsCmds.

This was discovered during review in #578.

note the required .hg suffix due to the lack of go-import tags from hg.sr.ht.

@refacto, initial testing of CL 168838 looks promising.
