Comprise a list of Go conferences

Create a list of all Golang conferences. Attach resources to this issue then figure out the best way to share (ie: web page attached to golang.org?)

I have a spreadsheet that I use internally to track everything. I would love to not duplicate efforts. Let me see what I need to do to share it more broadly.
