version upgrade for neo4j

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Repo using a very old version of neo4j

Describe the solution you'd like Update the neo4j version to the latest one i.e 5.0. Neo4j has recently released v5.0 and the neo4j golang library also has its support https://github.com/neo4j/neo4j-go-driver/releases/tag/v5.2.0.

I just opened the PR #853 with upgraded Neo4j driver and support for Neo4j 5.x

@fabiomarini Thank you for opening the PR. Can we upgrade the driver to use version 5 as well i.e github.com/neo4j/neo4j-go-driver/v5/neo4j
