Maintainer support for PR Backlog

Hey @dhui, there's quite a few bug fix and db support PRs sitting in the backlog, along with the tests being super flakey.

Would you like some help in untangling the CI and powering through, at least some of the more mundane PRs?

There is a slightly selfish reason since I've been living off my Cassandra bugfix PR for about 6 months now, and I've got another stack that has to use libSQL/turso, so I'm in that particular circle of hell maintaining 2 forked versions of the same repo on the same dev box._
