[FEATURE] reduce TTFB (profile app / profile db queries / add caching?)

TTFB is pretty high for the home page, being just a simple list of jobs. I think things are getting slower probably to slow database and/or lack of caching when retrieving all the info for landing page. This at least for landing page should aim at 300ms ttfb. currently is 600ms+ https://gtmetrix.com/reports/golang.cafe/7PvRciZS/
