Question: authentication

Hey,

nice program as far as I can tell! The documentation doesn't say anything about authentication if running it against a non-local installation. I that possible?

@fungs We don't have authentication integrated with kat as of now. Would be happy to assist if you want to raise a PR

Unfortunately I neither have the time nor the Go skills to actively contribute. However, if you or somebody comes up with authentication support, to work with managed cloud Kafka providers, I will be glad to give it a try and do some testing...
