Simplify license section
This PR is perhaps more controversial so feel free to close it.
It seems to me like the license section can be greatly simplified.
Mainly, I believe section 2.1 is not necessary, as all it says is "respect copyright law".
Though, perhaps this is of more relevance to the average submitter than I assume.
