Docs nav on Hugo site isn't scrollable.

Can reproduce on the iPhone as well.

The Hugo Theme's mobile menu is a fixed div that has bottom:0 and it is not scrollable.

This affects all Hugo sites including the ThemesSite.

There are a couple of related issues in that repo that I am going to close in favor of this one.

I would submit a PR myself to fix this but I'm not familiar with the CSS framework used -neither do I plan to familiarize myself with it-.

None of the pages on this Azure Citadel seem to be scrollable on desktop firefox.
