No .asc files with release v2.12.0

Anyone else notice that there is no .asc file to validate the offline installer?

I am curious if there are plans for including one soon, or if the distribution policy is moving away from the use of pgp.

@CadenMilne04 Thanks for pointing it out.

The .asc is not included in v2.12.0, b/c the key expired and we noticed the public key is not distributed. After discussion with other maintainers, we decided to skip signatures in v2.12.0, and starting v2.13.0, we will sign the Harbor images instead.
