Helm chart should be available in a public registry

I didn't find a Helm registry (e.g. artifacthub) containing the latest release of the harbor operator.

We want to use harbor to spin up our private registry, and therefore don't have a private registry yet to publish the helm chart to.

+1 here We would like to install the Harbor Operator from our Rancher Apps catalog to follow the updates easily and manage configurations through Rancher CaC GitOps.

Is there any reason the chart for harbor-operator isn't published. I guess it should be best to publish it to the same repository as the harbor-helm chart itself is.
