Problems rendering the value of backoff when configuring webhook in registry

harbor operator version is 1.4.0 When I add a webhook to the registry (only name/url/headers are filled in), crd automatically completes the rest of the configuration such as backoff, etc. and uses the defaults, but there is a problem with the rendering of backoff in the configmap, which causes the registry pod to keep failing to reboot with the loaded configuration
