External Redis with Haproxy

The doc with external Redis explain to use Haproxy in front of Redis, but it has a lot of problems, the jobservice restarts with this configuration, login with oidc fails some times with this configuration, this problems is related with Haproxy timeouts, like this issue tells:

https://github.com/goharbor/harbor/issues/10460 I think the documentation must provide a configuration that works with Harbor, I follow the documentation in pivotal site, but this do not work.
