Migrate from CNCF mailing lists to Google Groups

Would like to propose a migration from CNCF mailing lists to Google groups for better and easier management of the calendar events and people involvement! Please vote bellow!

For those countries and regions that cannot directly access Google, they may not be able to subscribe if switch to google group.
