Unfortunately, that page wasn't ever archived by the wayback machine.

There should instead be a working link to a style guide. Alternatively, there should be no stated expectation to comply with a style guide that no longer exists.

Why do you think it is important?

It's hard to follow rules if you don't know what they are.
