I'm gonna reference another feature that Github just implemented, multiple assignees

This would be a nice-to-have feature, in Gogs aswell.

@unknwon Haha, but I hope to seriously consider this feature, as well as the feature of user notifications, such as commenting on issues and sending notifications to relevant users. The team needs these two features. Thank you!
