License question

Hi guys,

So while the repo has an over all license of the BDS 3-Clause, certain files actually have in their header the BSD 2-Clause license. For example, skip_gogo.go

I suppose this speaks to the maturity & stability of the code that these files have not be updated since their initial development, but if the project license is the correct license, should all of the files not reflect that?
