Discord integration

It would be nice if it was possible to have what you are playing show up as your Discord status the same way apps such as Spotify, foobar2000, and MusicBee do.

Perhaps this may already work with https://github.com/FichteFoll/discordrp-mpris

There may be other projects, look for mpris + discord.
