Move SubscriptionManger to container

Structurally it is Incorrect to keep subscription manager in App, when Container is resposible for all the global concerns to get datasources

Currently this is not possible as context is tightly bounded to gofr and it is a required dependency for subscription manager as handler needs to be called.
