Enhance terminal output for cli application

CLI applications should have the following features by default :

• [ ] Spinner to depict if the app is running along with the time elapsed, when application/command was executed.
• [ ] Print logs in dim mode while application is running, flushed once the execution.

• More features can be added to this ticket to make CLI UI more informative.
