Enhance the DB logs

While connecting to different databases, we should add more DEBUG logs regarding server is trying to connect to which db, port, user etc. in case of SQL, Redis, PubSub etc.

Also, it should be a better idea to log the message in DEBUG mode in case of Pub/Sub DB's.
