Test Pipeline do not fail on failing tests in Examples folder

Update the workflow to handle this scenario.

So, currently we have failing example tests ...in the example folder. Even if you fail a test in Local, it will pass in the pipeline because of Retries added. We need to refactor that in the workflow.
