[DOCS]: Improve formatting and clarity of Datasources Getting Started page
The Getting Started page for Datasources uses {% table %} and horizontal rules (---) to format the supported databases table. This does not render correctly in Markdown and can confuse readers. Additionally, the introduction text can be clearer and more concise to help users better understand how datasource integration works.
To Reproduce
Visit the page: Getting Started Datasources
Observe the table formatting and the introduction section.
Expected behavior
The table should use standard Markdown table syntax (| and |---|) to render properly on GitHub and other sites.
Missing cells should display ❌ or include a note if unsupported.
The introduction should be rewritten for better clarity and flow.
This issue will be solved when you solve #1915 . Hence linking this to it. Please be mindful of resolving this issue along with that in a single PR.
