[BUG] Sheet enter-exit animation focus outline behaves strangely

What is the expected behavior for this? The focus is set by the CDK for accessibility. Are you asking for a way to disable the highlighting when no anchor is present?

@goetzrobin I would have expected that the highlight moves smoothly with the animation and not delayed
