Add Chinese Translation for README

Description

This PR adds a Chinese translation of the README document to make the project more accessible to Chinese-speaking users. The changes include:

  1. Created a new README_zh.md file with a complete Chinese translation of the original README
  2. Added language switcher links at the top of both the English and Chinese versions
  3. Maintained all original formatting, structure, and information in the Chinese version
