Controller vibration not working on Android and other platforms

Issue description
Using Input.start_joy_vibatrion()
works fine on the PC, but when I try to play it on Android, even though the controller is cabled to it, it doesn't vibrate at all.
I'm also allowing all the permissions.
Steps to reproduce
Just make a project usign "Input.start_joy_vibration"
