4.5 dev 5 crash on win11 nvidia except opengl3

Issue description
trying to open an old or creating a new project crashes when creating the editor window on 4.5 dev 5. it's not reproducable on dev 4, it opens successfully. it's not the expired certificate, i think it's vulkan. it works if i force the renderer to opengl3 with command line. i have a 4070 ti with driver version 576.52 whql. here is the verbose log:

@akien-mga extracting the godot executable to another disk weirdly fixed the issue. feel free to close this or if you want to dig deeper, i'll provide any details that would help diagnose the problem.
Is the disk where the executable was crashing out of available space? It might try to save some cached data and fail.
nope, the disk has more than 170gb of space.

Which hard drives are these exactly? Do you have a virus scanner or something similar that could block it?
@Alex2782 it was a 2tb hdd (st2000dm006), used an nvme instead and had no problems after that.

ok I might try it next week on my old gaming PC, I have also an HDD there (but GTX 1080 ti)

yup, crashes with the same disk. if i move it to another disk, it runs fine.

[1] error(-1): no debug info in PE/COFF executable
@Alex2782 my last 2 logs were both on that 2tb hdd (st2000dm006), one log being on beta3 and one being on your custom build. it ran successfully on nvme with no crashes.

Three days ago, you were able to reproduce the crash with the Beta 3 version.
Can you do it again with my version? We know the solution ( it ran successfully on nvme with no crashes), but we want to reproduce this crash with debug symbols and try to fix it so that it works on every hard drive without crashing.

Steps to reproduce create or open a project
To reproduce your crash, do you have to run the scene?
If so, I'll have to remove the test crash I intentionally included and create a new test version for you.

for the last log, i've created an empty project with an empty 2d scene so we wouldn't have any other irrelevant logs. it crashed when i pressed the run scene button.
when i try the same project with beta3, it crashes when the edit button from project manager screen is pressed. here's a fresh log from it:

Ok unfortunately your crash is not reproducible with my debug version.
This debug version is not intended for production use and runs slower. Your crash is likely due to the slower read speeds of an HDD, which is too slow for a release version.
tested on a slow external USB / HDD hard drive, not reproducible with 4.5-beta3
(also in the project folder ".godot" - cache folder deleted and started several times without problems)

I’m curious if there is something to do with security that makes this issue specific to the E:/ drive. I really know nothing about this, so I’d try some basic stuff like:
- Right-click Godot and run as Administrator
- Try with all internet connections disabled (turn off wifi and unplug Ethernet) — sometimes windows security makes internet calls to see if an exe is safe, and this causes delays
- Disable Windows security features temporarily
- Try with a brand new local user account
- Try with a brand new local administrator user account
Those are totally just shots in the dark, though.
i have another hard drive and when i move the executable there, it works without crashing. so i'm guessing it's not about windows security or the user account. running as an admin didn't work.
@ozgur-as: Some security functions can be restricted to a particular drive. However those are usually restricted to C:
Your symptoms (and the fact that moving to a different drive solves the problem) seem to be pointing to some hardware fault with the drive, or possibly the GPU, or maybe memory (since it's cowdata failing apparently) (is this a desktop? a laptop?)
it's a desktop. I don't think it's gpu or memory. that specific hard drive crashes at every project load, never had any crashes when the executable was on another drive. I can't say the drive is really healthy but the executable is not on any bad blocks since I can copy that very same file to another disk and run successfully.

We also tested beta 3 / beta 4 (master branch) with debug symbols 3 days ago, and no crashes were reproducible (except for the one I intentionally inserted to check the debug symbols).
It is a dev build, created with VS2022 tools, on Windows 11.
The official versions are usually created with mingw. (i think with linux / docker)

I tried MinGW-LLVM first, but I couldn't see any backtraces there, it was like that:

An official beta 4 will be released soon, perhaps this week.
If you're not tired of testing, you could try that version.
If it crashes, I could create another production version, using VS2022 Tools, MinGW-LLVM, and MinGW-w64 for comparison.
@ozgur-as Can you still reproduce this on 4.5.1.stable or 4.6.dev2 with the latest NVIDIA driver?
