Commit & Push button

I think that it would be really nice/convenient to, as well as the "commit" button, to also have a "commit and push" button, like in Jetbrains IDEs. This would remove the need to, after commiting, to then open a command prompt or use another method of git pushing.

I'm able to push using the push button in the godot editor. However, this might not be a bad idea anyway
