I cannot download the English version of the other language versions of the document

I want to download the chinese document,but i can only get the english version by the link in the beginning of the document.

Only the English documentation is currently built as a ZIP for offline downloads. CI resources are limited, so we can only build a handful more languages every week. We should focus on the languages that have the highest completion rate and demand (probably French, Spanish, Chinese at first).
