Which demo project is affected: 3d/skeleton_modification

Description:

Want to add https://github.com/fire/Godot_Skeleton_Modifier based on https://github.com/TwistedTwigleg/Godot_GSOC_2020_Project to demo skeleton modifier.

Feel free to open a PR, but it will have to be marked as draft since it uses Godot 4.0 and the demos are currently targeting 3.x.
