Pending asset not showing up in "View my pending" section

The asset was edited, the comparison page was shown, but the pending asset was not added to 'View My Pending' list, so the same changes were added multiple times. At the same time, the asset is displayed in the feed menu.

In my case, this resulted in the asset being submitted for review multiple times with the same changes.
