More obvious display of the article update date

Hi I would like to have a more obvious display of the date when the article was updated. I accidentally found that it is written in the title of the date. It is unlikely that users will be able to find this place themselves, and when they enter the site, they can see an outdated date and leave, although the article is being updated

What I could do is to add in the ghost admin panel a checkbox for each user to enable or disable it.

Also this would only be activated in the post and not in the stories.

What do you think?
