Flatpak support

Hello again!

Would be great if the theme was available as Flatpak so it can be properly used by Flatpak applications. Two themes that I know that make use of this are Plata and Qogir, where it will be detected and download when doing a flatpak update on the terminal if any of these themes are currently in use on the system.
