Dark themes do not have window buttons when using Minwaita theme.

To be specific, this is the "Minwaita" theme - the one that is light by default. Media applications in Gnome will launch in a dark theme despite there being a light theme selected - These are the windows in which there are no buttons shown (it's just blank).
