[Feature Request] Percent Symbol (%) only has one use

Description

Can you add more uses for the Percent Symbol (%) such as %randombody% could show up as "Duna" or "Eeloo" (basically shows a random body from KSP)

Additional Info

I tried to use the one I mentioned might be useful - I am talking about the MOTD, not regular chat, although it might be useful in some circumstances. Screenshot 2023-03-25 141313
