Change of periapsis to center of kerbin random

Description

Suddent change of periapsis to center of kerbin on a non-controlled craft, this has happened multiple times now, both in kerbin orbit and minmus orbit. Once happened to controlled and non-controlled vessel i was trying to dock with which i was within 150m of.

Also using Syncrio

Probably due to other mods. Does it also happen if you load the save in single player?

Only other mod was Syncrio at the time, syncrio does not affect crafts positions or speed, only syncing missions, mission progress, funds, science etc We gave up playing this so I do not have the save anymore

Was that when trying to dock to a vessel being controlled by another player or having another player controlled vessel in the vicinity, or was it just yourself trying to dock and the other vessel warping away?

Other vessel was not controlled by anyone, was my own craft, other player was not playing at the moment. Both my controlled vessel and the other craft changed periapsis to center of kerbin at the same time, Going trough the atmosphere together
