The disclaimer bar is there but i can't click anything to move onto the multiplayer connecting page to play with a friend.

Use this space to post links to client logs (KSP.log) and server logs (dmpserver.log), screenshots or anything else you may find useful to help us address the issue.
Try uding KSP x64. Honestly, I'm not sure why this happens, but it shouldn't happen at all.

Okay, that's weird. I thought the 64-bit version was supposed to be the buggy one.
