ISBAT crop images uploaded to a Services block

Is this enhancement related to a problem? Please describe. Now that CoBlocks extends core Image block to allow image cropping, we should explore adding the functionality to the Services block.

Describe the solution you'd like Adding ability to crop uploaded images directly from the Services block.

Describe alternatives you've considered As an alternative we can first crop the image within the core Image block which saves the crop to the image library. Then we can setup the Services block with the already cropped image. Not a great UX.
