ISBAT adjust the colors of the Food & Drinks block title and text elements

Is this enhancement related to a problem? Please describe. Currently it's not possible to change the colors of the Food & Drinks block.

Describe the solution you'd like One idea is to add a ColorSettingsPanel for both Title Color and Text Color on the parent Food & Drinks block. The colors selected here should be applied to all of the Food Item child blocks. I lean towards this implementation, as you'd be able to change all the colors at once.

Second idea is to add a ColorSettingsPanel for the child Food Item block. The disadvantage here is that you'd need to apply a color selection to each of the child blocks.
