ISBAT disable Advanced settings within the DimensionsControl

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The advanced settings may not be suited for every use case of CoBlocks and could actually cause more UX friction than necessary. Having a way to easily turn off "Advanced" features could be quite useful.

Describe the solution you'd like I don't believe it's possible to append settings to the core Gutenberg Options modal. For now we should consider a filter of some sort.
