can't view the Recommend Rules & Resources Recommend yaml content

Describe the bug 无法查看推荐规则和资源推荐两个列表的 yaml 文件

Reproduce steps

1. 访问http://dashboard.gocrane.io/#/recommend/resourcesRecommend
2. 点击查看第一条数据的 yaml 文件，点击确定关闭弹框
3. 切换到推荐规则列表，点击查看yaml文件

4. 然后点击确定按钮，切换到资源推荐列表，查看yaml文件

Expected behavior 希望能正常查看所有的yaml文件
