Describe the bug Even though I have selected English as the language, some of the documentation still appears in Chinese

Reproduce steps When I visit the official Crane website and select English as the language, I expect to see all of the documentation in English. However, when I try to read crane articles , they appear in Chinese. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed and the documentation is displayed in English when I have chosen English as the language.
