Describe the bug crane agent not consider static/mirror pod, error: unknown container

Reproduce steps add static manifest to /etc/kubernetes/manifests. install crane-agent with official helm chart

Expected behavior handle static pods correctly. default, when install kube with kubeadm, there are control plane compoents.
