Crane deployment is comprised by several key components including predictor, ehpa, webhooks, and metrics adaptor. We need to revisit the deployment model to see if it is possible to deploy crane for a remote cluster, this will help crane to reduce the adoption complexities, for example, we want to help a cluster to do optimization while we don't have cluster admin permission.
